Skymac Tmt Bar Bending Machines are specially designed as per the Indian working conditions with all required safety. We use advanced CNC Laser cutting, CNC turning, and VMC for manufacturing parts. We use a planetary gearbox design, which helps in reducing speed and improving performance. Also alloy steel material of gears and pins with suitable heat treatment and flame hardening improves the life of the gearbox & machine.
We are using all electircal components with CE certified and reputed make(Schneider, GIC). Use of imported heavy duty foot switch with a top cover for protection from falling debris & material at sites.
